Green Hill, a 130-year-old nonprofit senior living facility, was facing an onslaught of new competitors, including such giants as Marriott Brighton Gardens. Block & DeCorso re-positioned Green Hill for a more upscale, more demanding audience, offering New Styles of Senior Living with a Care-for-Life Guarantee. The integrated marketing campaign, directed both at seniors and


their children, includes print, PR, direct mail, and presentation materials used in educational seminars. We also designed their website with a strong emphasis on search engine optimization. The results: An 800% increase in website traffic that helped Green Hill pre-sell more than 50% of its new units in less than two months. Not bad for a 130-year-old.
