Mountain Development Corporation is a large, successful builder and developer of commercial properties throughout the New York metro area. Like nearly all real estate companies, MDC approached marketing and promotion on a project-to-project basis without a corporate brand. Block & DeCorso recognized the innovative thinking at MDC as a brand-building dynamic that

extended across their diverse portfolio of properties. We created an integrated marketing campaign using bold colors to frame photographs of each building. The look carries through to all branding materials: advertising, direct mail, and sell sheets. Today the MDC brand is built on a solid foundation.
