Bollerman Development Corporation was engaged in a large-scale residential homes project in historic Little Silver, New Jersey. Bollerman called on B&D to name the community and to provide all promotion and marketing support materials. We launched the Alderbrook Townhome Estates campaign simultaneously with both print advertising and PR. Point-of-sale

materials proved particularly effective, including the handsome slipcase for brochures promoting the history of the area, the site plan, and the individual models. All Alderbrook units were sold ahead of schedule. And they even added additional units, making this historic project a major historic success.
